Spiritual embodiment is not a process towards perfection, it s a process of inclusion, like a spiral in the all-inclusive stillness, including more and more, the good and the bad, and thus deepening in form. Being in the heart includes all contradictions, all relative truths. They all meet in the heart. This is living the mystery.

Spirituelle Verkörperung ist kein Prozess in Richtung Perfektion, es ist ein Prozess der Inklusion. Wie eine Spirale in der alles beinhaltenden Stille wird mehr und mehr miteingeschlossen: das Gute und das Schlechte. Dadurch entsteht eine Vertiefung in der Form. Im Herzen zu sein beinhaltet alle Widersprüchlichkeiten, alle relativen Wahrheiten. Alles kommt im Herzen zusammen. Das ist gelebtes Mysterium.
