The stormy waves of duality - die Sturmwellen der Dualität

The entire universe of dual phenomena exists due to the tension between opposites: hot and cold, love and hate, joy and grief, growth and decay, gain and loss, success and failure. The polarities are part of the earthly human existence and thus a natural part of each relationship.

On the level of form, of thoughts and emotions we can never get rid of these polarities. However, through surrender we can transcend them, transform them. Then, we are in contact with a deeper level in ourselves where there are no polarities anymore. On the outer levels they continue to exist. If you are in a state of surrender and acceptance, the polarities manifest differently in your life, even in the outer life; they become milder, softer.

The stormy waves move only on the surface of the ocean, deep down, at the bottom, the ocean is untouched, peaceful, quiet and serene. 

Das gesamte Universum der dualen Phänomene existiert aufgrund der Spannung zwischen Gegensätzen: heiß und kalt, Liebe und Hass, Freude und Trauer, Wachstum und Verfall, Gewinn und Verlust, Erfolg und Versagen. Die Polaritäten sind Teil der irdischen menschlichen Existenz und damit natürlich auch Teil jeder Beziehung.

Auf der Ebene der Form, der Gedanken und Emotionen können wir die Polaritäten nie loswerden. Doch durch Hingabe können wir sie transzendieren, verwandeln. Dann sind wir in Kontakt mit einer tieferen Ebene in uns selbst, auf der es keine Polaritäten mehr gibt. Auf der äußeren Ebene bestehen sie weiter. Doch wenn du in einem Zustand der Hingabe und der Akzeptanz bist, manifestieren sich die Polaritäten in deinem Leben selbst im Außen auf andere Weise, sie werden milder, sanfter.

Die Sturmwellen bewegen sich nur noch an der Oberfläche des Ozeans, tief unten jedoch, am Grunde, ist der Ozean unberührt, friedlich, ruhig und gelassen.
