Thinning out - Auslichten

What Mooji calls the "thinning out" of the false identity - the deconstruction process of the personal me - Margot Ridler put into visuals. At first, she compared the picture of a scaffold to the build up of the personal me  - which, in her case, got demounted within a relatively short period of time.  A wonderful pointer in the form of graphics! 

"It showed how, what I had thought Margot Ridler was, were mere concepts, thoughts, beliefs, ideas tangled up with feelings, all piled up on top of one another, making up something like a Gerüst (the German word for scaffold)....by then, so much had been scrubbed away which seemingly had made up Margot Ridler that what was left could no longer be called Margot Ridler. Only the very base core structure of the Margot Ridler Geruest was left which I saw as isolated, heavy and seemingly unmovable iron posts planted firmly in the ground. It was clear that it would take an enormous force to eventually get them uprooted also to one day be free of them as well. Those core structures had to do with beliefs about money, personal safety, material security and financial stability..."

Was Mooji das "Auslichten" der falschen Identität nennt, diesen Prozess der Dekonstruktion des persönlichen Ich, hat Margot Ridler in eine Grafik umgesetzt. Zuerst vergleicht sie das Bild eines Gerüsts mit der Struktur der Persona, welche in ihrem Fall in relativ kurzer Zeit abgebaut wurde. Ein ausgezeichneter Fingerzeig in Form von Grafiken.

"Es zeigte, dass das, was ich glaubte zu sein, bloße und mit Gefühlen verstrickte Vorstellungen, Gedanken, Glaubensmuster und Ideen waren, alle aufeinander gestapelt  - wie ein Gerüst...bis dahin war so viel, was scheinbar Margot Ridler ausmachte, weggeschabt worden. Das was übrig blieb, konnte nicht mehr M.R. genannt werden. Bloß das Grundgerüst war noch vorhanden, das isolierenden, schweren und scheinbar unbeweglichen Eisenpfosten gleichkam, die fest im Boden verankert waren. Es war mir klar, dass es eine ungeheure Kraft benötigen würde, diese zu entwurzeln und eines Tages davon frei zu sein. Bei dieser Grundstruktur ging es um Glaubenssätze rund um Geld, persönliche Sicherheit, materielle Sicherheit und finanzielle Stabilität..."
