If there is something that is spinning and it is impossible to feel the peace and silence, then you just feel what is spinning. You forgo the story and you just feel it. When this occurs, what has built this shell called ego is burning. Everything is fuel for your freedom. So if there is discomfort, it is just openness to it. All discomfort, whether it is emotional or physical, is looking for a place of love. It is searching for what will hold the space for it. When there is true readiness and there is pain in the body, and there is full openness to it, immediately there is a taste of something that is bigger than the sensation. It is in the meeting of this space that is bigger than the sensation, and the sensation itself, that the melting occurs. Then what was hungered for and experienced to be absent is discovered to be present.

Wenn es etwas gibt, das sich im Kopf dreht und es unmöglich ist, den Frieden und die Stille zu fühlen, dann fühle einfach das, was sich dreht. Du lässt die Geschichte gehen und fühlst es einfach. Es sucht nach dem, was dem Unbehagen Raum gibt. Wenn wirkliche Bereitschaft vorhanden ist und es Schmerz im Körper gibt und völlige Offenheit dafür, gibt es augenblicklich einen Geschmack von etwas, das größer als das Gefühl ist. Wenn dieser Raum, der größer als das Gefühl ist, erfahren wird, findet ein Schmelzen statt und das, wonach gehungert wurde und was als abwesend erfahren wurde, entpuppt sich als gegenwärtig.
